Very bold - and beautiful - pussy reveal. Splendid erotica.

Something about the word "pussy" doesn't go well with "artistic", "erotica", "beautiful" or "splendid".

It's tacky, callous and disgusting and betrays any kind of "art" the human body could provide.

of course, that's a purely personal bias of yours.
and I see you have a powerful feeling there!

it's just a word -- for some it's charged one way or another, positive or negative, for some it's neutral.
I find most of the other words used to describe female genitalia to be ugly, clinical, or anatomically inaccurate.

for many -- and I'm guessing maybe you -- there has to be this hard boundary between art and sex. "artistic" nudes need a capital "A", and we aren't supposed to admit there's sex appeal there, lest the art somehow be diminished or become "tacky, callous and disgusting."

I don't agree with that point of view, at all.

And "pussy" is by comparison, a "pretty" word?

And no, sexual imagery has been used well in "art" for a long time, but that word is cringe-worthingly unpleasant.
It feels purely disrespectful, pornographic and destructive to any form of "beauty" we could draw from the human form.

Now by an extreme comparison, I've always chosen flowers to name it by.
Mostly because I too, struggle to find words beyond the anatomical labels. "My my, you have a beautiful vulva.." hardly sounds inspiring.
I enjoy running a finger through the petals and tasting the morning dew, but...
Again, that can often be considered a bit too pomp.

Your bias is sweet -- but silly.
These are just words, they have very little to do with art.

and

You prove it yourself, a word can mean much to one person, and very little to another.
When you get so charged up about a given word or another, you give it too much power. Use ALL the words, use them intentionally. I chose the word "pussy" because it's the only word - along with "vulva" that describes the entire organ, and it's cuter than "vulva," so it's apt, because it's a very cute pussy we're describing. ;)
